The swimming pool ( 7x6m, not heated) with large sun terrace and lawn, stands on a terrace just near the house and can reach by 1 step. Around the house there are several terraces where you can take a sunbath, have a barbecue, or enjoy the spectacular sky at night with the Galaxy and thousands of stars.

In the area around holiday home Finca de los Draguitos are no direct neighbours, so you'll find lots of privacy. Nevertheless it is only a 2 minutes walk to the village.
Beautiful views up towards the mountains and over the Atlantic Ocean and most nights you can enjoy an impressive sunset.

In the summer months there is also a public baths In Puntagorda. The next beach is about 25 Km (Tazacorte). You are reaching the next shop in a 5 minutes walk and the distance to the airport ist about 74 Km.

 

In January the almond trees start flowering in Puntagorda. Every year, at the end of January or beginning of February, Puntagorda celebrates the Festival of the Flowering Almond.
Puntagorda also has nature reserve El Fayal, a pine forest with barbecue and picnic area and childrens play ground.
Holiday Home Finca de los Draguitos is ideally situated for trips to the north of La Palma and the highest point of the island, Roque de Los Muchachos.For handicapped people ihe Finca is a little bit difficult because you have to climb 10 steps in the entrance. Domestic animals only on request.

The famous Puntagorda Market was created to be the central market place of local produce. In this way the local farmers and artisans can sell their products directly to the public.
The market is directly opposite the El Fayal recreation area and is easily accessible from the main road

The market is open on:
Saturdays from 15:00 until 19:00 and Sundays from 11:00 until 15:00
Every 1st Saturday in the month there is also a second-hand goods market. In the market building you can find a wide variety of good quality products for sale. Including fruit and vegetables (both conventional and ecological), cheese, meat, honey, almond products, traditional cakes and biscuits, home-made bread, wine from the local vineyards, olives, mojos (sauces), sugar-cane drinks, fresh fruit drinks, plantones, perfumes, needlework, basketwork, pottery, paintings and photographs, etc.
