Villa El Pinar is a dream mansion which allows to spend restful holidays during the whole year. This big house offers extensive comforts on 250 m² living space and as surrounded by a bright stone pine forest of 88.000 m², it guarantees undisturbed holiday pleasure. The villa is two-storey and possess in the lower area an indoor swimming pool, which broadminded glazing can be completely opened. The villa disposes near a beautiful fire-place also of central heating. The ideal house for the whole year!

The complete living area constructed in the high floor of the villa. The noble interior arrangement connects tastefully classic and modern elements. Sitting in the beautiful wing chair and dreaming in the light of the open fire behind the dining table in the voluptuous living area. |
On the best view place are two white elegant sofas, from those a farther look brings the subsequent landscape closer. The small house library allows a multilingual choice of books.

Immediately behind the main entrance you find another velvet living-room suite with a beautiful gobelin as wall jewellery. Here is also the SAT television and the small library. The classic eating area with 4 chairs arranged in the rear living area with the cultivated indoor palm tree. |

There are 3 bedrooms in the villa El Pinar. The main bedroom orders of an en-suite bathroom with bath tub (small picture at the top). The really beautiful wall jewellery with eastern sample lends a special atmosphere to the area. |

Both other bedrooms (one with double bed) also have their own precious note. The bathroom which also disposes of a bath tub lies towards of both bedrooms. In the lower area near the swimming-pool you find another bathroom with shower. |
To the very well equipment of the kitchen belong also a dishwasher. The small alcove table with 4 chairs stands also in the kitchen. |

In the lower area of the villa near the indoor swimming pool you can find a small bar, a dartboard, as well as a billiard table for playing small championships in the evening! In a corner a real vintage car, a collector's item of the owner, which increases the heartbeat of every car freak! Going trough the arcade for reaching the bath area.

The 9 m x 4 m heated pool is suitable during the whole year without restriction!
There are seats around the pool, as well as pool loungers on the subsequent lawn. The property disposes also of a tennis court in original extension. |
